3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Fully delivered and accessed digital products / downloads
- Completed custom development or design work
- Domain name registrations and SSL certificates
- Third-party licenses, API credits, plugins & themes
- Services where the client violated terms of service
- Purchases older than 30 days

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
- You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing — no automatic refund
- Current period access continues until end of billing cycle
- Refunds for the current period possible only within 7 days of charge
- Annual plans — pro-rated refunds considered case-by-case
6. Digital Products & Non-Tangible Goods
Due to the nature of digital goods (instant delivery, possibility of copying), most digital products, downloads, licenses, access credentials, online courses, templates and software are non-refundable once delivered — except in cases of:
- Technical non-delivery (file not accessible)
- Product is materially different from advertised

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Charge an administrative fee (₹1500–₹5000 or equivalent)
- Defend the transaction with full evidence
